Monitoring of numbers, distribution and bagging of game species
The data on monitoring of numbers, distribution and bagging of game species are based on the statistic bulletin “On the Order of the Game Management in Ukraine” materials (form 2TP (hunting). The form is delivered by enterprises and organizations, other legal entities, which are granted with game areas.
In the following column of the form 2-TP (hunting) data is listed on numbers of game species – mammals and birds wich are located on granted territories. These numbers are based on wild species counts, conducted after the hunting season in current year, on spring counts of migratory birds numbers and of such game species as steppe marmot and badger.
Numbers of animals in breeding facilities are included as well. If the counts in the running year have been done several times, then only the last count is included.
The data on last count of this species are listed, in case if the counting of a particular game species has not been conducted in the current year.
The materials of the form 2-TP (hunting) available on the website are arranged by species. The tables for various years are reflected in the original state, keeping the names and the table formatting. The supportive diagrams, which contain number trends, are based on original tables of 2-TP (hunting) form.
